Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, we have a minimum order of 30 cups.
What packages do you offer?
We currently offer 3 different packages:
1. Drop-off
2. Self-service
3. Custom service
What does the drop off package include?
This package includes our cups sealed with your selected drink and topping combination. Free delivery is included for drop offs within 10km of our locations.
What does the self service package entail?
This package is an interactive stand where guest can create their own Bubble Tea and customise their own flavour & topping combinations as well as ice levels.
Equipment will be left and the event and picked up by us at a later arranged time.
What does the custom service package entail?
This package includes a service station with our Bubble Tea baristas taking custom drink orders from your patrons with their combination of flavours and toppings. Guests are also able to customise their ice levels.
The service time for this package is 75mins but may be extended upon request for an additional cost.
Do you do custom packaging?
We do custom packaging on request, however we charge an additional fee depending on the number of cups ordered as well as the request.

Is there a delivery fee?
These are our estimated delivery fees based on radius from our delivery locations in Melbourne, Sydney and Illawarra:

How long can I keep the drinks for after the event?
If kept refrigerated, drinks can last 24 hours but pearls typically harden after the first 4-5 hours.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept card, cash and bank transfers as payment.
How many flavours can I choose from?
The amount of drinks and topping flavours you can choose depends on the package and number of drinks ordered.
Drop-off package:
30-79 Cups: 2 Drink flavours and 2 toppings
80-119 Cups: 3 Drink flavours and 3 toppings
120+ Cups: 4 Drink flavours and 4 toppings
Self-service and Barista Package:
30-79 Cups: 2 Drink flavours and 3 toppings
80-119 Cups: 3 Drink flavours and 4 toppings
120+ Cups: 4 Drink flavours and 5 toppings
More drink and topping flavours may be be added for an additional cost of $30 per selection.
